When I talk to groups about the Law of Attraction, I talk about the first step to the process of creating the vision of what you desire is seeing yourself living it on a movie screen. You are looking up at the screen and seeing your life up there, just as you desire it. The people, the surroundings, the way you look, the home you live in, what you do an a daily basis, etc… It’s important to get all of your senses involved! Like when you are watching a real movie, let it move you emotionally. Then, walk up to that screen and step right into the movie itself. Seeing it and feeling it is only a part of the fun. The other part that many people skip over is the “being” it part! This will carry with you even after the visualization is over. You will continue being the person in that movie , in other words, you know that that vision already exists for you so you are living out that visualization or what I call, "stepping into the movie and it is now your life".
An example would be if you are visualizing an ideal life partner. Step into it as if it’s already happened and park on one side of the garage and sleep on one side of the bed to make room for your new partner. You might even set another place at the dinner table and have fun imagining a lovely conversation and all the things you have in common to talk about! Another example is if you have a desire to go on a trip somewhere, but do not have the funds available. Pick a date when you want to go. Make you room reservations. Check on flights. Make a list of clothes to bring. As it gets closer, set out your suitcase.
Why do these things? Because you KNOW it’s going to happen! And when you are in this state of KNOWING, it has to come! But don’t take my word for it, do yourself a favor and live your dream now, then share your story with us here. I can’t wait to hear what you’ve manifested!
