I have come up with 25 easy techniques to help raise your vibration so that you can be in alignment with a healthy, wealthy, and joy filled life! I and countless others have found these effective in raising ones personal vibration-Enjoy!
25 Ways to Raise Your Vibration!
Just randomly throughout the day, smile! Even if you are just driving somewhere or sitting at your computer, it’s amazing how quickly this shift your vibration to a happier place!
- Get Outside!
If you spend a lot of time indoors, this could be a drain to your energy. No matter where you are or what the weather is like, step outside for just a few minutes or longer and take a few deep belly breaths! Soak in the fresh air and be grateful for the sky, the grass, the trees, and the air you breathe!
- Share an idea!
Every once in awhile we all get a great idea! It can be something simple or something more elaborate, but if it feels good to share it, then do! Ideas can come from your own intuition or be inspired by something someone else has done, a magazine article or just listening to a song on the radio! Usually a good idea is meant to be shared. But there are going to be ideas that are not meant to be shared as well. You’ll know which ones they are.
- Take a LOVE break
Take a 5-10 minute break and call someone you love. No, don’t text them, it’s not the same. Either talk to them or leave them a message and just say you were thinking of them and wanted them to know you love them.
- Be here NOW
This is one of the easiest things you can do to raise your vibration from dwelling on a past mistake or worrying about some possible future outcome that does not even exist. Just be here NOW. Now is all you really have, the past is over, the future does not exist. However, how you feel, act, and talk in the NOW will create your future depending on the vibrations you are sending out, so be here in the NOW and be grateful for what is good NOW. Do you right now in this moment know for certain you have a roof over your head, food in the refrigerator, and a bed to sleep in tonight? Yes?
- Be grateful
This one just seemed like a natural after the last one. What else are you grateful for? Can you come up with 5 things right now? How about 10? How about coming up with at least 10 everyday? You might even have a gratitude buddy who you email your gratitude’s to every day and they do the same. Then you can Whoo Hoo! Each other and increase the vibes even more!
- Try something new
The best way to get out of a rut is to try something new. What is something you’ve always wanted to do, but haven’t done it yet. You know, from your bucket list. What! You don’t have a bucket list? OMG! Start one today! This is the most fun way to raise your vibration! See if you can come up with at least 100 things you want to do before you leave this physical world. Some of the things on mine are: go horseback riding on the beach, go whitewater rafting in CO, and going on a Mike Dooley cruise! And those are the smaller things. I have had so much fun checking things off my list and you can to. Each time you do, your vibration jumps a few more notches!
I know, some of you may be thinking you can’t even make to the next pay day. But consider this, there is a Law of Reciprocity that says whatever you give, you receive and usually in a great amount than what you gave. What if by giving, you actually stopped the pay check to pay check life? You will never know unless you try. The key is to give from your heart. It must be to someone or something that inspires you or has improved you life in some way. Just the very act of giving feels so amazing. If you can’t give money, give some clothes to the Goodwill or a Woman’s Shelter, or give your time as a volunteer at a homeless shelter. It’s all the same. If you feel inspired by doing it-then you can expect more to be inspired about in your life!
There are many ways and reasons to pray. My favorite is affirmative prayer which is similar to being grateful only it is taking your gratitude into the future. It starts out with “I am so happy and grateful now that I….” It is a fun way to pray for something you want in an expectant, knowing vibration of already receiving it! - Remember, everyone you meet is trying to help you
Yes, you read that right, everyone! Even the crabby lady in the check-out line at the grocery store or the irritating co-worker. How does this help with your vibration? By knowing that person is a spiritual being in a human body and you are both in each other’s space for a reason. In some way you are both helping each other to progress. How? By giving each other choices in how to react. You can react by setting a boundary, killing them with kindness, or choosing the higher road in some way and by doing so you teach them something as well. So treat everyone as if they are helping you.
It is through silence and meditation that you connect with Source, God, your higher Self or whateve you choose to call the Power that exists within and around you. It is through this silence that you can hear the answers to your prayers. It is through this silence that you can truly feel at peace. Even if you meditate for just 15 minutes a day, you will effectively raise your vibration. So take time to go within and just be…Find out how you can begin meditating like a zen monk.

Laughter is very powerful in raising your vibrational level. When you find something funny, thoroughly enjoy the humor. What’s fun is to think of your life as a sitcom. When you look at it this way, it lightens things up and it’s easy to see the humor in ordinary things.
- Use words that empower and heal
The way you talk and the words that you use can have a great impact on the vibrational level of you and those around you. Be conscious of what you are saying and try to be positive, not negative. Never talk about your fears or failures. Only speak of what is good in your life.
- Give someone a compliment
Most people are compliment deprived. Most do not hear enough appreciation or sincere praise from others, especially those closest to them. Think for a minute how good you feel when someone gives you a compliment or appreciates something you did for them. Don’t you want others to feel that way to. There is a bonus to this one-it’s called the Law of Cause and Effect, and it says “Any action produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act or the cause which initiated it.” So if your intentions are pure and sincere, you can expect to hear more sincere compliments and praise back in at least equal proportion to the ones you’ve given! Yay!
- Manifest a parking spot or a green light
Do you want to find out how powerful your thoughts and the feelings related to those thoughts really are? Do you want a fun way to play with how powerful you really are? Start by manifesting parking spots and green lights! As you start your trip, imagine hitting all green lights and getting a great parking spot when you arrive at your destination. Feel the excitement as one after one you sail through the intersections and how fun it will be when you pull into that great parking spot. When it happens, you’ll be hooked. When you believe it will happen-it will-any thought that it isn’t possible to use your thoughts in this manner to create something you desire will negate it. So have fun with this one. When you get good at the small stuff, you can move on to the bigger things, like a new job.
- Slow down
Relax! Set your own pace for getting things done. You are not responsible for doing it all yourself, right now. You can ask for help from friends, family and the Universe! Allow yourself some time to be unproductive. Its ok, the world won’t end. Have two to do lists. One for you, and one for Source. So all that you can do at your own pace, then let the Universe handle the rest. You’d be surprised at what transpires. Rest without guilt is necessary for keeping your vibration high. “Notice the sun and the moon as they rise and set. Information on the internet and in books have a vibration too. If you’ve ever gone to a book store and a book seemed to jump off the shelf at you and you knew you had to read it, the energy of that book was aligned with what you needed to learn. Same thing with the internet, some site and e-books just feel right for you and others do not. Pay attention to your feelings, they will tell you which are the right ones for you. When you find the right ones, your vibration will soar as you read and get excited about what you are learning and enjoying!
Intention is a powerful life force! One of the most fundamental and fascinating principles of quantum physics is the wave/particle duality. - Take a day off
Every once in awhile, set aside a day to restore your spirits and revitalize your vibrations. You will know when its time-you’ve been working long hours or just completed a major project. Let yourself be okay with being lazy for one day.
- Pamper yourself
Do take extremely good care of yourself? You should be. The foods you eat have vibrational levels too. Whole grains, nuts, fresh fruit, and vegetables are especially high. Foods like alcohol, meats, dairy and sugar have lower frequencies. Regular exercise is not only healthy for your body, but it raises you chi and taking time every other week to do an at home spa is a really nice way to do something nice for yourself. Get your significant other to give you a massage, do a facial and foot soak. You’ll feel great!
- Create a spiritual routine
It’s usually best if you do a morning routine, but do whatever fits your lifestyle best. It can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half! Meditate, journal, visualize, do a clearing exercise, or anything that connects you to your higher Self and the Source of all that is. Do it at the same time every day until it becomes a natural part of your day. It’s an amazing way to start your day and a wonderful way to end it too.
- Watch a sunrise or sunset or a moonset!
There is just something so magical about a sunset, anywhere, but especially over the ocean where I live in SW Florida. There is a sense of completion and reverence for the day. The sunrise can be equally delightful, signaling the waking up of the world and all the joy the day has to bring forth. One morning, not very long ago, my husband and I had the pleasure of seeing an orange and very full moon set over the ocean-incredible! Its reminded me of what an amazing world we live in!
- Listen to music
This is my husband’s favorite way to raise his vibration! Did you know musical notes can help balance your Chakras (the energy centers in your body)? The more inspiring the music is for you the better. Get completely wrapped up in it. If it has lyrics, sing as loud as you can along with the song. Most people are great vocalists in their car or in the shower 😉
- Celebrate something-anything!
Acknowledge all the big and little successes in your life by celebrating! Acknowledge someone elses successes! Celebrate everything! Celebrate life! Cheers!
