Are you ready to supercharge your midlife? Then, let’s talk about energy. Everything is energy. The chair you are sitting in, the color you have on your walls, the music you listen to, your thoughts and emotions and the food you eat. Everything.

Energy can be measured in light wave frequencies. The higher the energy vibrates, the higher the frequency. There are 13 levels of frequency with 1 being the lowest expression of light and 13 being the highest.

Some people call 13 the “God-Space” or love. Frequency is important in The Law of Attraction because the same level of frequency you emit and send out into the world comes back to you. Therefore, a Midlife Master knows she needs to keep her energy vibrating as high as possible most of the time for health, joy, and fulfillment!

Here are my top 10 energy frequency hacks for Midlife Masters:

  1. Tap on negative emotions. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping is a powerful tool for managing your energy. Let’s face it, we are living a human experience and are prone to negative emotions on occasion. Some more than others. Emotional health is essential to well-being and disease prevention. The combination of tapping on the energy meridians while feeling the emotion works to clear the emotional block from your body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring balance.
  2. Set positive daily intentions. This is my favorite form of prayer because you are basically stating your desire as if it’s already happened. Your intention will always start with “I am so happy and grateful now that…” With this statement, you have placed your trust in a loving Universal intelligence that wants to support you. In my 40 Day Guided Journal, one of the daily activities is to write your daily intentions. I love this because it helps you focus your energy in a positive, high frequency, direction to start your day or to go to sleep at night with.
  3. Play. In some ways, play is a lost art. As adults we have so much responsibility, stress, and long to-do lists. It is so important to work play into your life or you will get to the end of it and wish you had. What gives you joy? How can you incorporate it into your life on a daily basis? Do that. And laugh. Laughter is has a frequency of 13! It is a natural psychological and physical healer. Do what make you laugh!
  4. Unplug – literally. Mainstream news is very low frequency. Don’t watch it. What you watch on TV and listen to can affect your personal vibration. You can read more about this HERE. Also, be aware of how much time you are spending on social media which can be addicting and remove you from the true joys of living your real life.
  5. Let go of toxic people – You know who these people are. These are the ones that deplete your energy. They are always complaining or acting condescending toward you. They are manipulative and sneaky. Stay far away!
  6. Give – You know that feeling when you give someone a gift and they love it? Or when you give to a good cause knowing it is making a difference for someone? That is a high-frequency emotion. You don’t have to give money to achieve it. You can give your time, a hug or a smile. It all counts!
  7. Spend time in nature – Being in nature is a very high frequency. No matter where you live or what time of year it is, there is natural beauty available. See a sunset, ground yourself by going barefoot in the sand or grass, go for a walk in a park, plant some flowers, have a picnic outdoors, or go bird watching.
  8. Eat organic raw fruits and vegetables. These foods have the highest energy frequencies of all foods. Find a way to include them daily! You can learn more about this when you join my free 10 Day Whole Person Detox Challenge HERE.
  9. Get creative! Play an instrument, paint a picture, write a story or poem, draw, take nature photos, decorate, plan and cook a fabulous meal or get an adult coloring book and color! Whatever takes you away from the stresses of life and transports you to that place where you forget time. That is very high frequency!
  10. LOVE! The highest energy of all. Say I love you every day, even if it’s just to yourself in the mirror. Self-love is the best gift you can give yourself and those around you.
